Leaving early in the morning, and it was snowing when we got up there. It takes about 2 hours and half from UBC.
Whistler Village
After renting ski equipment and buying lift tickets, it’s time to ski! How good weather it is.
Gondolas and lifts here are really longer than Japanese ones.
Arrived at middle of the Whistler Mountain. It was more crowded than the foot of the mountain.
Cool building.
And heading up to top of the mountain. How small people are! I’ve never seen this deep and wide slope.
Arrived. We could get there only once because the lift to top closes at 3:00pm. So early but it means there is such a long way to ski back to foot, and the daytime is short.
Whistler!
Great view.
The slopes were not easy, but quite fun. It took almost 1 hour and half to back to whistler village.
Whistler village at night.
Morning.
The rest of yesterdays drinking party.
The next day we played snow tubing.
It looks fun, but we totally agree with it is so boring.
I ate the Alaskan Salmon Burger at lunch. It was quite good.
Seeking souvenirs
On the way to back to Vancouver, there was a really beautiful scenery. Thus, I tired, it was quite impressive for me.
